• Fiduciary Litigation

Wealth bears great responsibility. We represent your legacy, your beneficiaries, and your advisors in the stewardship of your wealth.

Trusts and Estates Counseling and Litigation

The accumulation of wealth can provide financial security and establish a family legacy. It can also lead to fractured relationships and costly disputes that threaten the hard work and stability of generations. At Steve Harvey Law, we work with families and fiduciaries (both individual and corporate trustees and executors) to address potentially contentious issues and resolve disputes in a creative, thoughtful, and practical manner. We litigate, as needed, but only if reasonable agreement cannot be reached.

Working as a cross-disciplinary team, our fiduciary litigation attorneys combine an extensive knowledge of wealth management and fiduciary administration with 30 years of experience handling complex litigation and dispute resolution.

Our broad knowledge base helps us understand both sides of disputed issues that arise in fiduciary matters.  We counsel trustees and executors on how they can administer trusts and estates to minimize risk, avoid litigation, and resolve disputes before they escalate to litigation. We advocate for beneficiaries to ensure their rights are protected. We also guide other interested parties, such as tax-exempt organizations, so that their interests are recognized and preserved. We also represent clients in litigation over trusts and estates matters.
