This means that Pennsylvania citizens can execute wills and other important estate documents without having to leave their homes. Importantly, this authorization applies to the following estate documents:
- powers of attorney,
- self-executing wills,
- advanced healthcare directives,
- healthcare powers of attorney,
- living wills, and
- temporary guardianships.
