Bill is an experienced litigator representing clients in complex litigation and government investigations. He has secured favorable outcomes in disputes involving commercial contracts, government contracts, insurance coverage and tort and fraud claims. As a pilot with a major airline and a lieutenant colonel in the New Jersey Air National Guard, Bill has particular expertise with military and aviation matters.
Bill graduated the United States Air Force Academy with honors and distinction in 1991 and from Rutgers School of Law with highest honors in 2007, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Law Journal. He previously practiced in the government contracts and national security groups of Arnold & Porter, LLP in Washington D.C., and in the commercial litigation and white collar groups of Pepper Hamilton LLP in Philadelphia. From 2008 to 2009 he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
