Steve Harvey Law is pleased to announce that Kelly Conway has joined the firm. “Kelly is an outstanding addition to our litigation boutique,” said firm founder Steve Harvey. Previously, accomplished trial lawyer and litigator Michael E. Gehring joined the firm in 2019.
Kelly spent three years as an assistant city solicitor for the City of Philadelphia where she tried numerous cases involving the welfare of children. At Steve Harvey Law, she will work on business disputes, employment law, and complex litigation along with pro bono and public interest cases.
Harvey noted that the firm prides itself on taking cases that have a substantial justice component. At present, in addition to business and employment disputes, the firm is representing a rape victim in a civil lawsuit seeking damages, prosecuting a citizens’ suit under the Clean Water Act, representing two landowners in cases involving well water pollution and illness caused by construction of the Mariner II East pipeline, and prosecuting defamation actions in both state and federal court. “There’s never a dull moment,” Harvey noted, “and that’s why we needed Kelly to bring her drive, passion, and dedication to our practice and clients.”
